Mr. Baez is responsible for the company's IT infrastructure and architecting strategies and business processes for the management of the company’s information domains. Mr. Baez holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Wheaton College. Mr. Baez is fluent in Spanish.

Kelechi E. Agada is the Managing Director and head of Communications department at Franklin Howard International. Mr. Agada has over eight years experience in the telecommunication sector. Mr. Agada received a bachelor's of science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University. Mr Agada is fluent in Spanish.

Perry C. Mike-Eze is the Head of Franklin Howard International European Division and Chief Legal Counsel in the group's legal department. Perry C. Mike-Eze is a financial law specialist. He has worked for Elf Petroleum Nigeria Ltd, and worked as a lawyer in the Financial Services department of Landwell & Associés in Paris, the Legal correspondent of PwC. Mr. Mike-Eze has a Masters Degree in Business Law from the University of Paris IX Dauphine. Mr. Mike-Eze is fluent in French.

Mr. Nduka Agada has a strong background in Marketing and Customer Service, with over 16 years consulting experience. Nduaka Agada, worked in Nigeria in various capacities including New Business and National Marketing Manager with African Alliance Insurance Company Ltd. and Nigeria Advertising Service Ltd. respectively. Mr. Agada holds a B.Sc. in Marketing (Nigeria); M.A. in Social Policy and Administration (Middlesex, UK) and MBA (Hertfordshire, UK) and specializes in Entrepreneurship and Management.
